a little golf trivia: the old clubs with the scooped faces were called spoons. the berk brings one back · a stainless steel spoon head on a real golf shaft, nothing more, nothing less, chrome and steel with a navy grip and a nocturne nameplate.

hold it like a club, thumb down, and walk. it plucks a single stone from packed sand · one stone per stroke, chosen on purpose.

light in hand: a hiking aid on the walk out, a stone tool the whole way back. built to save your back, spare little hands the cold water, and trade an hour of screen for an hour of shoreline.

no sifting, no stooping · the season runs until it snows.

protect our shores: michigan state land allows up to 25 lbs per person, per year. mark the shoreline, not the spot.
